Superfly Third Album Release Travel Mind

Retro rock band Superfly - consisting solely of vocalist Ochi Shiho - will be going on its biggest nationwide concert tour in the summer of 2011, covering 32 venues across Japan.

Before the start of the tour, the rock unit is releasing its third original full-length album Mind Travel. The album once again features Superfly's signature style of retro 70s rock-and-roll, and it includes hit singles Wildflower (theme song for the drama Gold), Eyes on Me, Beep!!, and Sunshine Sunshine.

Since making her debut in 2008, Superfly has topped the album charts with 166,000 copies four times in a row. The last female artist to accomplish this was singer-songwriter Utada Hikaru, who topped the charts with her first four albums seven years ago.
