SHINee Third Japanese Single LUCIFER

"LUCIFER" is SHINee's third Japanese single. Their first two singles, “Replay” and “JULIETTE” were remakes of their Korean versions, so like many Korean groups making their way toward Japan, their third single will also be a remake of a Korean song.

The title track is a Japanese version of the Korean song "LUCIFER", included on their second Korean album of the same name. The B-Side is a Japanese version of the original Korean song "Love Like Oxygen", promotional song from their first Korean album "The SHINee World".

SHINee Second Japanese Single Juliette (Japanese Version)

After their successful Japanese single debut, Korean male group SHINee are embarking on a month-long tour across Japan and releasing their second Japanese single Juliette. The title track is a Japanese version of the Korean song "Juliette" (줄리엣), an instrumentally remake of Corbin Bleu's "Deal with it" from his debut album Another Side. "Juliette" was used as the lead single to promote their second Korean mini-album romeo.

Like Replay, Juliette is the Japanese cover of the group's Korean-language hit of the same name, and it's an upbeat dance tune filled with sex appeal and energy.

The song was written by SHINee's lead vocalist Jong Hyun, making his song writing debut, and it was musically described as an "urban dance number". The music video for "Juliette", which was released on May 22, 2009 featured Girls' Generation Jessica's younger sister Krystal, who later debuted in f(x).

SHINee Japanese Debut Single Replay ~Kimi wa Boku no Everything~

SHINee (샤이니) is a Korean pop boy group created by SM Entertainment. They were described as a contemporary band that would lead the current generation with trendy dances, fashion, and music. Their group name was explained to be a combination of the word "Shine" and "ee" meaning "People receiving the light".

After taking the Kpop world by storm, Korean pop group SHINee finally makes their official debut in Japan with their single titled "Replay ~Kimi wa Boku no Everything~". It's no surprise that their first Japanese-language single would be a cover of Replay, the first promotional track from their 2008 debut EP.
