Yui New Single Hello～Paradise Kiss~

YUI will be releasing a new single on June 1st titled, “HELLO~Paradise Kiss~”. Based on a popular comic series from the author of Nana, the film version of Paradise Kiss is one of the most anticipated films of 2011. Singer/songwriter YUI, a fan of the comic herself, was picked to write and perform the two theme songs for the film.

In addition to the opening and ending theme songs - Hello - Paradise Kiss and You - the single also includes a new acoustic version of It's My Life.

There will be two different versions; limited edition and a regular edition. The track list for both versions will be the same, but the limited edition will also include a DVD.

Yui new single It's My Life / Your Heaven

Last year, Yui was very productive as she released 3 singles in a year. Her singles : Gloria, To Mother, Rain, were all ranked well in Oricon Chart. How about this year 2011 ?

Japanese Yui released her first single in 2011, "It's My Life / Your Heaven".

Single "Your Heaven" was made as a part of the 'Play You' Sony Walkman campaign,
which sent YUI to Sweden in order to find inspiration for a song based around the themes: ‘place’ and ’sound’

"Your Heaven" will also be available early on Dec.15 via Chaku-Uta cell downloads for fans to enjoy!

single "It's My Life" will be usded in the new commercial for U-CAN which will begin airing on January 1st.

Yui new single Rain

Japan female singer YUI (or Yoshioka Yui (吉岡唯)) come back with her 17th single Rain after 4 months since her latest single "Holiday in the sun".

Single Rain will be used as the theme song of the new TV drama “Perfect Report” which starts in October. The producer of FujiTV stated that YUI’s song was chosen due to the fact that she puts in lots of energy into her songs. This will be the fourth time that YUI has sung for a drama.

If YUI new single Rain hits No. 1 on the Oricon chart, YUI will tie with pop queen Utada Hikaru for the most songs in a row (6 songs) to hit the No. 1 position on the Oricon by a female artist and song writer.

Yui new album Holiday in the sun

After two years and 3 months, Japanese singer and song writer Yui ユイ finally released her long awaited full album titled "Holiday in the sun". With her latest single “to Mother” only released on June 2nd, she was able to reach the top position of ORICON charts with five releases in a row, making it a record, which was last reached by Utada Hikaru 6 years ago making her the second ever in history.

Album :Holiday in the sun" including tracks "to Mother", "GLORIA", "again", "Summer Song", "It's all too much", and more. The album has topped Oricon Weekly Sales Chart, with a total of 184,952 copies of the album were sold.

In accordance to the release of "Holiday in the sun" YUI commented: The new album has been completed after about two years and three months. An album after such a long time, I feel a little nervous. but I’m very confident! In this two years interval, to the staff that have been supporting me. Every person that kept rooting for me. And more than anything, to all the fans that have been waiting for this, I’m filled with feelings of gratitude. Thank you so much! My current emotions have been packed into several compositions. Yui new single in 2010 Gloria

Yui is a new Japanese Diva now after Utada Hikaru and Ayumi Hamasaki. Her single "It’s all too much / Never say die" which was released October this year, have also helped her become only the 3rd female singer-songwriter to have 3 consecutive No.1 single on the Oricon chart after Matsutouya Yumi and Utada Hikaru.

Japanese Multi Talented singer Yui (Yoshioka Yui) come back with single "Gloria". Yui’s first single of the year 2010, 「GLORIA」 has been confirmed to be released on 20th January.

The title song will be aired as Benesse Corporation’s 「Shinkenzemi Highschool Correspondence Course」’s CM song starting January next year. Yui new single It's All Too Much

Yui or Yoshioka Yui is a 22 years old singer from Fukuoaka Japan. After her latest single titled "Again" released on June 2009, Yui is coming back with her new song "It's All Too Much".

It’s all too much is the theme song of the movie "Kaiji" which is out today in Japan, while Never say die is the insert song for the movie. The movie features the return of Tatsuya Fujiwara (Light Yagami, Death Note) and Kenichi Matsuyama (L, Death Note) acting partnership.
