RO-KYU-BU! New Single SHOOT!

Basketball Loli show Ro-Kyu-Bu recent OP, SHOOT! a new idol unit called RO-KYU-BU!, made up of the five voice actresses for the basketball team in the show: Hanazawa Kana, Okura Yui, Hikasa Youko, Iguchi Yuka, and Hidaka Rina has claimed #10 on the Oricon weekly charts, selling a total of 17,392 copies. The single was released on 17 August 2011.

It’s quite interesting that they took the actual seiyuu to pose for the single cover. Normally they just release the anime OP using the anime characters. I love to see the faces of the seiyuu! Makes me appreciate their voices even more! "SHOOT!" is composed by fripside's sat with lyrics by I've's KOTOKO.

After School Debut Japanese Single Bang! Japanese Version

After making their debut in Japanese music on a collaboration song with Amuro Namie, Korean pop group After School now officially kicks off their Japan activities with their first Japanese single “Bang!“. Although, “Bang!” is a remake, the Japanese version will have a new arrangement and performance.

The group is now managed by Avex, who hosts the likes of other Korean stars such as BoA and TVXQ. Their official Japanese website has been updated to include the brand new covers for all three versions of the single, as well as the track listings for all.

In the footsteps of their fellow K-pop stars, After School's debut Japanese single is a Japanese cover of their hit Korean single. The single will also include an original Japanese-language song as the B-side track.

SDN48 Third Single MIN MIN MIN

SDN48 (short for Saturday Night 48) is an "adult" idol girl group produced by Akimoto Yasushi. The group was announced as being part of an "adult only" show being performed every Saturday at 10 PM in AKB48's theater in Akihabara.

Keisuke Kuwata Triple Single Asu e no March / Let's try again ~kuwata keisuke ver.~ / Hadaka DE Ondo ~Matsuri da!! Naked~

The only thing better than a Kuwata Keisuke single is a Kuwata Keisuke triple A-side single. The beloved artist leads the march towards tomorrow with Ashita he no March, a short and sunny folk song that cheers on life. The song evokes both an air of nostalgia for the past - as it's sprinkled with whimsical sounds like woodblock, flugelhorn, and even a bicycle horn - and hope for the future, a new morn filled with children's laughter.

Kanjani8 New Single Release Tsubusa ni Koi

After releasing three singles over three consecutive months in the first half of 2011, the members of Kanjani8 return to support member Nishikido Ryo.

Today, they revealed the short version of the PV. The new PV features the members singing in front of an “earthy” setting, with all of the members wearing suits in their various corresponding colors. As for the music, it’s a beautiful song filled with strength and hope.

Tsubusani Koi is the ending theme for the television drama Zenkai Girl, starring Nishikido and Aragaki Yui. The mid-tempo ballad is also Kanjani8's first theme song for a "Getsu 9" (Monday, 9pm) drama, known as the hottest time slot for a television drama on Japanese television.

Sata Andagi Fifth Single Release Kimi ga Tsuji / Yume no Tobira

Sata Andagi (サーターアンダギー) is a Japanese pop unit under the group Hexagon Family. The name of group originated from the name of sweet deep fried buns that comes from Okinawa. They made their first appearance in October at the annual Hexagon Family concerts. They released their first single, entitled "Yanbaru Kuina ga Tonda", four months later in 2010.

New single from Sata Andagi "Kimi ga Tsuji / Yume no Tobira" will be release on 10 August, 2011. "Kimi ga Tsuji is Sata Andagi's fifth single. "Kimi ga Tsuji" was used as an ending theme for the show Quiz! Hexagon II.

Supernova, also known as Choshinsung (초신성), is a six-member Korean boy band under Core Contents Media. DIVA Second Single Release Cry

DiVA is a four-member subunit from the Japanese idol group AKB48. The subunit is signed to avex trax, and all members are represented by office48.

Comprised of Akimoto Sayaka, Umeda Ayaka, Masuda Yuka and Miyazawa Sae, AKB48's "dance and vocal" sub-unit DiVA is quickly following their successful debut with their second single Cry. The dance song paints a stylish, trendy image for the four girls, setting them apart from other AKB48 sub-units.

On August 13th, AKB48 sub-unit DiVA celebrated the release of their newest single “Cry” by holding a live event at Ai Chikyuu Haku Memorial Park. August 13th was also member Miyazawa Sae’s birthday, and so despite the intense heat, 2,300 fans gathered for this special event.

Kis-My-Ft2 From Johnny group Release Their New Single Everybody Go After Released Their Two Digital Singles in 2010

Johnny's group Kis-My-Ft2 has mainly been a performance group since their formation, taking part in Johnny's stage plays and their own concert tours. After releasing two digital singles in 2010, the group is finally releasing their first physical release.

On August 15th, it was revealed that Kis-MyFt2’s debut single “Everybody Go” sold 316,000 copies and topped the Oricon Weekly Single Chart for the week of August 22nd. With this result, the single placed third as the highest selling debut song for its first week. KAT-TUN’s “Real Face” (754,000 copies sold) and Arashi’s “A RA SHI” (557,000 copies sold) holds the record for first and second place respectively.

Everybody Go is their first official single release, and it's being used as the theme song of the television drama Ikemen desu ne.

SM☆SH (스매쉬) is a Korean Pop group that debuted in 2008. Originally a six-piece, member Cheonwoo left prior to the group's official Japanese debut in late 2010. They are under TN Entertainment in Korea and For Life Music Entertainment in Japan.

Secret First Japanese Single Madonna (Japanese Ver)

After a quick rise to stardom in their native Korea, girl group Secret is now invading the Japanese pop world! Their first Japanese-language release is a cover of their Korean dance hit Madonna, which has major significance as one of the hit songs that earned the girls their newcomer award in Korea.

SECRET has been called “basement idols” in the past, because they used to live in a dorm that was half underground when they first debuted. Although the group’s debut song wasn’t much of a hit, they broke through with their singles “Magic” and “Madonna” last year. Their 2011 single “Shy Boy” gave the group their first #1, and in March, member Jieun’s solo also topped the charts.

The girls plan to break into the J-pop scene with their hit single “Madonna“, which will come out on August 3rd. The group will be holding a showcase live in Tokyo on July 6th prior to the release of their Japanese single.

S/mileage (スマイレージ) is a Japanese pop girl group managed by Up-Front Agency and part of Hello! Project. New single release by S/mileage "Uchouten LOVE". "Uchouten LOVE" is the tenth single (sixth major label single) released by S/mileage.

Recently, a longer, 4-minute audio rip of “Uchouten LOVE” was revealed! The audio features an energetic eurobeat feel and would be perfect on a summer party at a beach.

Yusuke New Single Otakebi Use As The Theme Song For NARUTO’s Eighth Film, Naruto Shippuden 5: Blood Prison

Kamiji Yusuke is a Japanese actor, singer and talento signed to Japan Music Entertainment agency. He's part of the Hexagon groups Shuchishin and Aladdin. He made his solo debut under the name Yusuke on the label MASTERSIX FOUNDATION.

New single release by Yusuke title "Otakebi". "Otakebi" is the eighth single released by Yusuke. The title track will be used as the theme song for NARUTO’s eighth film, Naruto Shippuden 5: Blood Prison.

Kamikawa will be voice acting for a mysterious man, “Maroi”, while Yusuke will sing its theme song, “Otakebi” (will be released on August 3rd). The script for the movie was written by award winning mystery novelist, Higashiyama Akira.

Nana Mizuki New Single Junketsu Paradox

Prolific voice actress/pop singer Mizuki Nana is releasing her 25th single! The single's lead track Junketsu Paradox will be serving as the ending theme for the animated series Blood-C, while B-side track 7Colors will be the ending theme for the variety program Sekai Fushigi Hakken!.

sphere New Single Release LET-ME-DO!!

Sphere (スフィア) is a Japanese pop idol unit formed by four voice actresses affiliated with Music Ray'n. The group made their major debut in April 2009 under Lantis with the single "Future Stream" which was used as the opening theme for the anime Hatsukoi Limited.

Helped by the popularity of Tomatsu Haruka (known for her role as Nagi in Kannagi) and Toyosaki Aki (know for her role as Hirasawa Yui in K-ON!), "Future Stream" reached #22 on the Oricon weekly charts. Their second single, "Super Noisy Nova" reached #14 on Oricon charts, rising their popularity. flumpool (フランプール) is a four member band from Osaka, Japan. They formed the band ‘CUBE’ in 2002. In 2007 they gained a drummer and changed their name to flumpool. The band's name is derived from the English word "four", since there are 4 members, they took the first letter "f", along with the word meaning mass, "lump" and the word "pool". flumpool is under A-Sketch, the new sub-label created by AMUSE in 2008.

"Donna Mirai ni mo Ai wa Aru / Touch" is the eighth single (sixth major label single) released by flumpool. "Touch" was used as the commercial song for Sharp's latest cellphone model "au AQUOS PHONE IS 11SH" while "Donna Mirai ni mo Ai wa Aru" was featured in a commercial for the mobile gaming site "Mobage" which also marked the first solo appearance of flumpool vocalist Yamamura Ryuta in the advert.

F.T. Island New Japanese Single Let It Go

After their chart-topping Japanese album and a long awaited return to their native Korea, F.T. Island continue their prolific 2011 with a brand-new Japanese single "Let it Go". Let it Go comes just before the group's first live concert at the sacred Nippon Budokan, and it's an upbeat rock number that's perfect for the summer concert.
