Funky Monkey Babys is a Japanese hip-hop band grouped in 2004 under the record company DREAMUSIC Inc. All members in the group are from Hachiôji, Japan. They are known for featuring celebrities in their promotion videos and singles jackets. Clearly, "BABYS" is an intentional spelling error for "BABIES." Known as fann-mon in short.

FUNKY MONKEY BABYS is going to release their 16th single, “Soredemo shinjiteru/Love Letter“, on June 8th, and it looks like this year will bring an unusually hot summer, with power shortages continuing all across Japan.

The song "Soredemo Shinjiteru" was used as theme song for the dorama Asuko March!, and "Love Letter" was used as Shiseido SEA BREEZE CM song.
